Our modern production facility is located in Florida, USA. We employ the latest in machine technology in the manufacturing process, but the most important production factor is our craftsmen. Each individual involved in the process is trained fully in the operation and function of the Solar Stik™. A cohesive team with full product operational knowledge are the prime factor to successful manufacturing.

Each Solar Stik™ is produced in a four-step process. The first step is
the milling of raw aluminum. Each component of the system starts in a C&C machine where it is milled to exact dimensions. The mast assemblies are hand cut and machined.

The welders skillfully join the machined parts into individual components for final assembly. This involves not just welding, but also refining the appearance of the Solar Stik™ by polishing and brushing the aluminum and stainless parts.

Each system is then assembled by hand. Each stainless steel component that is attached to the aluminum structure is insulated with a Delrin insert and/or Tef-Gel™. Heli-coils are inserted into all threaded aluminum parts to ensure long life.

Finally, Quality Control takes over, ensuring that each system is fully
assembled, lubricated, and operation-tested before packaging.

The quality of the Solar Stik™ is built in to every single piece of the
system. The Solar Stik™ team welcomes you to "experience the revolution" of our craftsmanship.
