Wind Stik™ 160
Wind Stik™ 160
PRO-Series 12VDC • Item # 011001
MIL-Series 24VDC • Item # 240028
The Wind Stik™ is designed for applications requiring portable wind power generation. If there is wind, then the Solar Stik™ Wind Stik™ will produce power, day and night.
Average daily power production for this system is 0.5 Kilowatt-hours of power (15 mph wind speed average) and it is available in both 12VDC and 24VDC models.
The tactical design of the system allows for rapid “Plug & Play” deployment and setup by one person. Wind Stiks™ are scalable, interchangeable, and can be tailored to a particular application using Solar Stik™ Accessories that provide the operator with added features. Accessories include Mast Mounts for supporting additional equipment (like cameras), Omni Cable kits, and more.
Omni Cables can also be used to daisy-chain Wind Stiks™ for increased power generation or to create circuits that provide enhanced capabilities, allowing the operator to configure a multi-faceted system.

The generator manufacturer recently performed HALT (highly accelerated life testing) on the AIR turbine which basically tests the turbine to failure. The test procedure is designed to replicate years of “field” exposure. The turbine finally failed at -50 °F and 155 °F. Even though the turbine is not rated to those extremes by IEC, the HALT results prove the turbine can withstand temperature extremes.
