Operation:
The Mil-Series Expander Pak 1000 provide additional power storage capacity to any 24 Volt Power Pak battery system.
They can also be used as independent power sources. 24V DC Terminal Posts allow direct access to power when conditions warrant, and the Pak can accept alternative charging sources such as “jumping” from a vehicle battery.
NEW - exclusive LED battery “SOC Meter” allows for quick access to battery status with the touch of a finger. Bright color LED segmented indicators range from RED / YELLOW / GREEN in accordance with battery voltage.
“Expanding” the Battery:
Expander Paks use Inter-connect Leashes (included) that allow for rapid “Plug & Play” battery expansion.
Adding Expander Paks to a Power Pak battery provides the following benefits:
1. Reduced depth of discharge as power is taken in & out of the battery bank.
2. Additional operation time between recharges
3. Less daily Cycling (discharge & recharge)
4. Longer battery life

NEW - All Power Paks now have exclusive LED battery “Cycle” counters for easy access to battery cycle-count information. The Cycle meter allows for battery replacement at pre-determined intervals, ensuring continuity of operation and less battery failures in critical applications.
The Pak is “field serviceable” using simple tools. The batteries can be easily and quickly replaced at the end of their service life.
