Power management components efficiently collect, convert, and distribute power within a portable power system. Both AC and DC power inputs and output to loads can be managed by a PRO-Verter—Portable Remote Operation Inverter/Charger. A PRO-Verter is the crossroad for coordination and control of all power in a Solar Stik System. When only DC power is needed to support a load, a Power Hub can be used as the collection and distribution point for multiple DC power generation sources and DC loads. Power management devices are scalable, meaning they can be used singly or stacked as the application requires.

Solar Stik’s Portable Remote Operation Inverter/Charger (PRO-Verter) provides a single point of power management, control, and distribution to a portable, battery-based, electrical circuit. The PRO-Verter supplies power to the load by drawing directly from the batteries in the system while simultaneously receiving power input from a fuel-powered generator (optional) or from DC power generation sources to charge the batteries.
DC Power Management
The Power Hub serves as a singular collection point for multiple DC power sources including large portable solar arrays, wind turbines, fuel cells, and more. It can accept up to 2.4 kWh of power generation inputs and is a fully automated system with remote monitoring capabilities.
The Power Distribution Module (PDM) is a power distribution system that provides energy for USB, CLA and terminal-post devices. The PDM is capable of powering or recharging multiple 5 VDC, 12 VDC, 24 VDC (24 VDC Version ONLY) appliances simultaneously. It requires a connection to a 12 or 24 VDC battery to function.
Generator Remote-start Enabling Kit (RsEK)
The primary role of the generator in a Solar Stik Hybrid System is to charge the batteries when required. Solar Stik power management components monitor the amount of energy in the battery bank—the components automatically signal the generator to start when the battery bank voltage reaches the system-defined threshold, and automatically signal the generator to stop when the battery bank is fully charged. Most generators—military, commercial, and residential—can be modified to use a Solar Stik RsEK.
Remote Monitoring Kit (RMK)
The RMK provides remote access to vital System operating data via the user interface (ME-ARC50) on the PRO-Verter Faceplate. The RMK also records and stores all of the System data from the PRO-Verter and provides tabular and graphical reports of these data on a user friendly, web browser-based user interface.
