Quietly Capable
The Ranger 2kW Generator with E-Start Mod performs quietly while providing up to 1250 W of continuous 120 VAC power, with runtimes of up to 4 hours when operating on JP-8 fuel. The 52-pound generator has a built-in, weatherized auto start module for easy integration of the generator in a 2 kW hybrid power system when used with a PRO-Verter S 2000-120 power manager. The generator is built on the Honda EU2200i platform technology.

How a Ranger 2kW Generator Works
The Ranger 2kW Generator converts the energy stored in liquid fuel into a usable electric output capable of powering applications up to its rated output. Fuel-driven generators can be used as stand-alone power generation sources or, when equipped with auto start capabilities, can be used with energy storage modules (batteries) and power managers in a hybrid power system. Two Ranger 2kW Generators can be operated in parallel to deliver up to 2500 W of clean AC power.
